Charity Spinning Event
Saturday 11th September - 2pm - 6pm
 Guildford Spectrum Spinning instructors will put you through your paces in this 4 hour endurance Spin in aid of The Fountain Centre. A great way to challenge yourself and raise money for a great cause.
The cost of a bike is £40 or get a team of up to 4 together and pay £10 per hour for a Spin. All money raised will go to The Fountain Centre, who support those affected by, or living with cancer.

Spinning at Spectrum  Spinning is the ultimate cardio vascular workout on a bicycle, that also tones and shapes the whole body. People at different fitness levels can workout together in a relaxed and fun atmosphere with motivational music.
The Spinning Studio is be located on level 1.

Junior Spin
Every Tuesday and Thursday (term time only), 4.30pm - 5.15pm for young people aged between 12 - 15 years. For more details, see our Junior Spin leaflet.
Spinning Card
Card cost: £18.00
Renewal: £12.70

Spinning Guidelines
The current demand for Spinning classes is very high, so to ensure as many customers as possible can fully enjoy and gain access to classes, we have set some guidelines for classes which will be implemented from the 1st March 2010.
