Easter Weekend Classes

Spinning Cover
Due to a couple of Spin Intructors being on holiday, certain Spin sessions will be covered by different instructors from Saturday 20th March to Friday 2nd April. For more information, please download a copy of the Instructor Cover List.
Spinning Guidelines
The current demand for Spinning classes is very high, so to ensure as many customers as possible can fully enjoy and gain access to classes, we have set some guidelines for classes which will be implemented from the 1st March 2010. Spinning at Spectrum
 Spinning is the ultimate cardio vascular workout on a bicycle, that also tones and shapes the whole body. People at different fitness levels can workout together in a relaxed and fun atmosphere with motivational music.
The Spinning Studio is be located on level 1.

Junior Spin
Every Tuesday and Thursday (term time only), 4.30pm - 5.15pm for young people aged between 12 - 15 years. For more details, see our Junior Spin leaflet.
Spinning Card
Card cost: £17.40
Renewal: £12.30
