Spinning at Spectrum
Spinning is the ultimate cardio vascular workout on a bicycle, that also tones and shapes the whole body. People at different fitness levels can workout together in a relaxed and fun atmosphere with motivational music.
The Spinning Studio is located on level 1.

Spinning Guidelines
The current demand for Spinning classes is very high, so to ensure as many customers as possible can fully enjoy and gain access to classes, we have set some guidelines for classes. For more details, please download a copy of the Spinning Guidelines.

Junior Spin
Every Tuesday and Thursday (term time only), 4.30pm - 5.15pm for young people aged between 12 - 15 years. £3.40 per person.
Spinning Card
The Benefits:
- The card gives you the ability to book and pay in advance for your classes up to 14 days in advance.
- 10% off purchases made at Howzat Sports Shop at Spectrum
Card cost: £19.00, Renewal: £13.50
