Charity Spinning Event
Saturday 11th September - 2pm - 6pm

spinning_bikeGuildford Spectrum Spinning instructors will put you through your paces in this 4 hour endurance Spin in aid of The Fountain Centre.  A great way to challenge yourself and raise money for a great cause.

The cost of a bike is £40 or get a team of up to 4 together and pay £10 per hour for a Spin.  All money raised will go to The Fountain Centre, who support those affected by, or living with cancer.

Getting in shape and feeling fit and healthy couldn't be easier.  Guildford Spectrum boasts one of the largest gyms in the region with over 100 pieces of equipment including running & rowing machines, cross trainers and a variety of weight equipment.  Members can also experience the spa area and truly release the stresses and strains of life in our jacuzzi, aroma and steam rooms.

This area has a wide range of the latest cardio vascular machines and resistance equipment, designed to tone, shape and strengthen your body. Incorporated into the gym area is cardio theatre. This concept means by plugging headphones into the CV machines you can listen to the radio channel of your choice or tune in and watch your favourite soap or sports programme, while you exercise. A unique upper level extension that has views over the athletics track adds another dimension to the gym environment.

After your work-out enjoy the spa with its aroma room, monsoon shower, steam room and jacuzzi. If you want to top up your tan you can have a session on one of our vertical fast tan sunbeds. Please click here for more information on energy level spa.
