Members can also experience the spa area and truly release the stresses and strains of life in our jacuzzi, aroma and steam rooms.
energy level gym
energy level gym has just seen a £236,000 face lift and now includes cutting edge technology unique to Guildford, provided by Beijing Olympics supplier, Technogym. Our state of the art pieces of equipment include unique cardio vascular machines and resistance equipment, designed to tone, shape and strengthen your body.
Excite Vario
 The Vario provides a unique cardiovascular workout by offering the user the opportunity to determine the movement and the stride length and shape; from a vertical step to a simple walk, to a long stride with the feel and freedom of running.
Cardio Wave
Only piece of equipment that engages you in 3 different plane of movement; extension, abduction and external rotation - simultaneously.
Power Plates
 You may already be familiar with Power Plate as the chosen fitness equipment of some of the world's sporting superstars and teams and also some of our celebrity friends! energy level has no less than 4 Power Plates, which use vibration technology to provide one of the most efficient workouts in stimulating a natural reflex that burns fat, enhances muscle tone, improves balance and increases strength.
Incorporated into the gym area is cardio theatre. This concept means by plugging headphones into the CV machines you can listen to the radio channel of your choice or tune in and watch your favourite soap or sports programme, while you exercise. A unique upper level extension that has views over the athletics track adds another dimension to the gym environment.
