Spinning Guidelines
The current demand for Spinning classes is very high, so to ensure as many customers as possible can fully enjoy and gain access to classes, we have set some guidelines for classes which will be implemented from the 1st March 2010. Spinning Cover List
Due to a couple of Spin Instructors being on holiday, certain Spin sessions will be covered by different instructors from Friday 19th to Tuesday 2nd March. For more information, please download a copy of the Spinning Cover List.

Getting in shape and feeling fit and healthy couldn't be easier. Guildford Spectrum boasts one of the largest gyms in the region with over 100 pieces of equipment including running & rowing machines, cross trainers and a variety of weight equipment. Members can also experience the spa area and truly release the stresses and strains of life in our jacuzzi, aroma and steam rooms.
the gym
This area has a wide range of the latest cardio vascular machines and resistance equipment, designed to tone, shape and strengthen your body. Incorporated into the gym area is cardio theatre. This concept means by plugging headphones into the CV machines you can listen to the radio channel of your choice or tune in and watch your favourite soap or sports programme, while you exercise. A unique upper level extension that has views over the athletics track adds another dimension to the gym environment.
the spa
After your work-out enjoy the spa with its aroma room, monsoon shower, steam room and jacuzzi. If you want to top up your tan you can have a session on one of our sunbeds, we have both vertical fast tan and lie down sunbeds. Please click here for more information on energy level spa.
