Guildford Spectrum boasts one of the largest gyms in the region with over 100 pieces of gym equipment including running and rowing machines, cross trainers and a variety of weights equipment.  Members can also experience our spa area and release the stresses and strains of life in our jacuzzi, steam room and aroma room.

Firstly you will be required to complete the junior fitness course, the price of which is included within your monthly membership fee.  Once you have completed this and the instructor is confident of your knowledge and responsibility within the gym you can attend any of the junior supervised classes of which there are 6 a week.
