www.guildfordspectrum.co.uk is a site operated by Freedom Leisure ("We"); we are a Not for Profit Leisure Trust registered in England and Wales under IPS registration number 29336R. Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it.  Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world.  All such rights are reserved.

You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on our site. 

You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

Your use of this website is subject to the following conditions and you should not use this website unless you accept these conditions:

  1. Swimming Pool Ratios - All children under 9 years of age must be accompanied in the water by a responsible adult. Only 2 children under 9 years to every one adult of which only one child can be under 4 years.
  2. If for reason beyond our control, the event / session needs to be cancelled, then a credit will be provided.
  3. GS accepts no liability to any person for loss or damages incurred as a result of reliance upon material contained at this website.
  4. Event details on the site are subject to change without prior notice. GS accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of information or material accessed through the site.
  5. By logging on, you will be assuming all risks associated with use of the site, including risk of your computer, software or data being damaged by any virus which might be transmitted or activated via the GS site or your access to it.
  6. We are not responsible for the content of any linked sites and the inclusion of any link does not imply any endorsement of that linked site.
  7. You will only use this website for personal private use.
  8. An booking charge of 5% of the total transaction fee will be charged for all on line bookings.
  9. Active points cannot be awarded or redeemed for online bookings.

Guildford Spectrum Terms & Conditions of Sale and Exchanges

  1. Every event attendee must have a ticket.
  2. On line ticket sales are subject to a 5% booking fee.
  3. Tickets are non-refundable and may not be sold to any third party.
  4. Discount vouchers, coupons and other offers are not valid in conjunction with any advance rates.
  5. All prices are subject to change.
  6. Ice Hockey Ticket holders consent to the recording and filming of themselves as members of the audience.
  7. GS reserves the right to refuse admission or attendance.
  8. GS has a No Smoking and No Vaping policy throughout the building.
  9. Glasses, bottles, cameras and recording equipment etc. are not allowed in any of our arenas unless by prior agreement with event organisers/hirers.
  10. GS reserves the right to make any alterations to our event programme rendered necessary by unavoidable causes.
  11. Refunds and exchanges will not be available.
  12. Concessionary tickets are offered for those individuals who are senior citizens, a full time University student, in receipt of DLA or PIP or in receipt of universal credit. Concessionary tickets are also available for customers who work for the NHS, Police, Fire and Armed Forces. Verification of your concessionary status will be required when you collect your tickets. Concessionary tickets are only available for individuals and do not apply to the entire booking.
  13. Accessible companion tickets are also available for customers who are in receipt of a carers allowance or who have a valid carers card.
  14. Ticket(s) must not be re-sold for profit or commercial gain by any outlet other than GS Box Office. Failure to comply will make this ticket void. Your statutory rights are not affected.
