Booking System Upgrade – Temporary Downtime 23rd–24th February
We’re upgrading our online booking system at Guildford Spectrum to bring you a better, more user-friendly experience.
As part of the first phase of this improvement, the online booking platform for group exercise classes and lane swimming (https://bookwkg.freedom-leisure.co.uk/SpectrumBookings/guildford) will be temporarily unavailable from 11:00pm on Monday 23 February.
The system is expected to remain offline throughout the morning of Tuesday 24 February while upgrade work is completed. We will restore access as soon as possible, however we are unable to confirm an exact time.
What you need to know
- Online bookings for group exercise classes and lane swimming will not be available during this period.
- Our reception and fitness teams will also be unable to make bookings while the system is offline, so please do not call or visit the centre to try to book.
- If you plan to attend a class on Tuesday 24 February, please book in advance before 11:00pm on Monday 23 February.
Classes on Tuesday
All group exercise classes will run as scheduled. To manage attendance while the system is offline, we will be using printed class registers on the day.
Other activities unaffected
This downtime will not affect bookings or operations for:
- Leisure Pool
- Ice Skating
- Bowling
- Soft Play
We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we carry out these improvements. This work is the first step towards a new and improved booking system, which will be launching later this year to make managing your activities even easier.
