NEW Gym Class Strong Start
Are you new to lifting or want to gain confidence in lifting heavier weights? Then join our NEW gym class starting February 29th – Strong Start.
Strong Start was showcased at our New Year event Try Something New in January and was a huge success!
Held in a closed off gym, Strong Start is the perfect course for beginners who want a little extra help when it comes to lifting weights.
Learn the proper technique for squatting, bench pressing and dead lifting, keeping you safe while keeping you fit.
Running every Saturday from 6 – 7pm and £60 for both members and non-members, it’s the perfect weekend activity to keep you on top of your current workout while trying something new.
