Skate For All

Spectrum Ice is the no.1 ice rink in the South East and the coolest place to have fun all year round!

Guildford Spectrum houses an Olympic sized indoor ice rink, which is used by thousands of people each week. It’s the perfect place for friends, families and to keep on top of your training routine!

Our public Skate for All sessions run every Monday – Sunday, with morning, afternoon, teatime and evening sessions available to pre-book online.

Skate hire is available at £2.40 per person (under 5’s include skate hire with their ticket) when booking. We provide skates from child size 5 to adult size 14. If you’re already a pro you can bring your own skates with you, as long as they’re not speed skates.

Each session has a run time of 90 minutes, which is plenty of time to get to grips with the ice or to practise your moves and become the next national ice skating champion.

If you’re a first-timer or just need a little extra help we have Penguin and Snowmen skating aids available to hire.

Please be advised that Penguin’s are designed for children under 1.2m and Snowmen are for children over 1.2m.

You can reserve a skating aid online for £10 for the whole 90 minute session or they’re available on a first come first served basis on site for £3.50 for 30 minutes.

Skating aids are not available during evening Ice Xtreme sessions.

To adhere to the Government’s and British Ice Skating's social distancing guidelines we have reduced the number of visitors per session, implemented an enhanced cleaning protocol and introduced a one way system throughout our building.

We advise that all customers wear a face covering when moving in and around the building

What has changed since we’ve reopened?

  • You must pre book your ice skating session online
  • Our capacity has been significantly reduced to make space on the ice
  • Every other locker has been made available, but try to come ready to skate
  • There is a one way system in place throughout the building
  • We advise that face coverings be worn when moving around the building and when in the ice vicinty
