Did you know that Monday 11th - Sunday 17th May is Mental Health Awareness Week?

There are many things you can do to prioritise healthy mental wellbeing, starting from simply getting outside for some fresh air and movement.

To raise awareness of the positive effects of walking, we are hosting a free-to-attend March for Mental Health Walk on Thursday 14th May, 10:00 - 11:00am – and you’re invited!

Whether you want to bring a friend, meet likeminded individuals or walk a few laps on your own…everyone is welcome.
