With group exercise classes led by a qualified fitness instructor using equipment ranging from dumbbells to battle ropes, everyone can discover a new way to workout.
Please note that all PowerHouse classes are weather dependant.
THE POWERHOUSE CLASSES

PowerHouse
PowerHouse Agility - Exercises to increase speed, agility and cardiovascular endurance. You'll be put through your paces during this high intensity workout
PowerHouse Challenger - Take the challenge. Making full use of the 'PowerHouse' rig, test your limits through a combination of lifting, climbing, pushing and pulling obstacles
PowerHouse Strength - If building muscle is the goal, take your strength training outdoors. Find all the racks, bars and plates of the gym, in a strength circuit class that's guaranteed to get results

PowerHouse Under 18's
A full body strength class for under 18's only. Make use of all the Power House equipment in a Personal Trainer led strength circuit class to build muscle and get fit
A strength and conditioning class for U14's - U18's Lift weights in a supervised environment, push sledges, tackle the storm bike and master the ski erg. Suitable for all abilities from beginner to more experienced.
