Guildford Spectrum is proud to announce the opening of our exciting new outdoor training facility

We are delighted to have partnered with Outdoor Fitness Concepts in collaboration with Origin Fitness to bring this unique concept to our centre, providing 300 square metres of training space suitable for group exercise, small group PT and instructor led activities.

Exercises to increase speed, agility and cardiovascular endurance. You'll be put through your paces during this high intensity workout

Our PowerHouse Agility class has a variety of high intensity exercises that will increase your cardio, improve your strength and speed and leave you feeling fitter and full of energy. Embrace the outdoors, breathe the fresh air and improve your fitness. Suitable for all fitness levels.

PowerHouse Challenger

Take the challenge. Making full use of the 'PowerHouse' rig, test your limits through a combination of lifting, climbing, pushing and pulling obstacles

The ultimate strength and conditioning class outside in the fresh air. A mixture of pushing, pulling, carrying and high intensity agility exercises designed to push you to the limit. Improve your overall strength and conditioning and rise to the challenge, conquer the rowing machine, beat the battle ropes and master the ski erg. Suitable for all fitness levels.

PowerHouse Strength

If building muscle is the goal, take your strength training outdoors. Find all the racks, bars and plates of the gym, in a strength circuit class that's guaranteed to get results

If you are looking to build more muscle, become stronger and leaner and yearn to get away from the normal gym environment then this is the class for you. Lifting, pushing, carrying and pulling, incorporating barbells, kettlebells, sledges and your own bodyweight. You'll experience a fun and varied strength class with the freedom of being outside. Suitable for all fitness levels.

PowerHouse Under 18's

A full body strength class for under 18's only. Make use of all the Power House equipment in a Personal Trainer led strength circuit class to build muscle and get fit

A strength and conditioning class for U14's - U18's Lift weights in a supervised environment, push sledges, tackle the storm bike and master the ski erg. Suitable for all abilities from beginner to more experienced.

PowerHouse Core

A 45minute class focusing on building a stronger core. Incorporating exercises that will improve strength, stamina and physique. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
