Improve your overall strength and conditioning and rise to the challenge, conquer the rowing machine, beat the battle ropes and master the ski erg. Suitable for all fitness levels.

If you are looking to build more muscle, become stronger and leaner and yearn to get away from the normal gym environment then this is the class for you.
