Our team captains and trainers will provide you with knowledge and encouragement that will set you up for sustainable and long term lifestyle changes!

What do you get over the 6 weeks?

For just £60 you will get: 

- Weekly 1 hour group training session with your team (see days & times below) 

- Weekly 30 minute 1:1 Personal Training session with your team captain (find out more about the captains below) 

- Support from your team and team captain 

- Nutrition advice 

Train to Attain is the perfect chance to achieve your summer fitness goals with the support of a personal trainer and your team. 

Which team will you join? 

Each team will meet on a different day so make sure you choose a team that meets when you're available!

What is Train to Attain? 

Train to attain is a 6 week fitness course, featuring five challenges. 

You will work as part of a team with one of our personal trainers to become the best version of yourself. Challenges will include strength, speed, endurance, flexibility and mentality. You will be pushed to achieve your personal best, to contribute for your team. This isn't about winning its about bettering yourself.

The team and individual with the most progression overall will win.

Who is it suitable for? 

Anyone over the age of 16 who is up for a challenge! Train to Attain is suitable for all abilities and fitness levels with the training sessions being personalised to you. 

If you want to feel stronger and fitter, this course is for you! 

What can someone expect from a session?

Your once-a-week group training will be a class in our outdoor gym using the functional equipment. We will do weekly challenges together to improve your strength, speed, endurance, flexibility and mentality. You will also have the support from your team. 

Your 1:1 session will focus on your personal progression; we will test you each week to track your progression.
