About me

With a background in leisure management, I know the field and gym like the back of my hand. Forever looking to grow and develop, as well as finding a career I am passionate about, brought me to Personal Training.
 
I believe fitness should improve more than just your physical health - it should help you feel stronger, happier, and more confident in everyday life. I work closely with clients to create realistic, enjoyable training plans that build long-term results and support both physical and mental wellbeing.
 
When I am not with clients you'll find me training myself, travelling the world or watching a movie with the dog on the sofa.
