About me

My passion for fitness started at a young age through my love for sport. From the age of six, I've been involved in a wide range of sports, with football being the one that stuck with me the most. I've played football for many years and continue to play today, having spent time in academy environments including, Chelsea and Horsell FC.
 
Being involved in competitive sport helped me build discipline, resilience and work ethic that still drive my drive my training today.
 
Outside of football, I discovered the gym at 15 and quickly developed a passion for training including strength work, cardio and plyometrics, and i would describe myself as a hybrid athlete. Recently I've developed a strong interest in HYROX and I'm currently working towards a goal of doing one in the future.
 
Also, the gym/fitness became more of a drive for me through living with type 1 diabetes, it became a way to take control and helps others the same. I'm passionate about helping people push past their limits, whether they already have a clear goal or are still figuring out their direction.
 
My aim is to help people build confidence, develop discipline, and ultimately achieve more than they thought was possible.

  • Level 2 fitness instructor
