We are excited to announce that we will be holding a Fitness Open Day at Guildford Spectrum!

Join us at Guildford Spectrum on Saturday 28th March, 8:00am - 4:00pm, for a FREE-TO-ATTEND open day where you will be able to:

  • Experience our BRAND-NEW Hyrox Classes
  • Take part in group exercise classes including Women Who Lift and Rox Fitness
  • Get a full gym tour in our group inductions
  • Outline your fitness goals with a personal trainer, offering FREE consultations on the day
  • Involve the whole family! Kick off the Easter Holidays with activities such as our junior learn to lift classes or family group cycle sessions
  • Challenge yourself and take part in our lifting competition - exciting prizes available!

*Please note that registering for all activities is essential, due to limited session capacity.

Junior Classes

Children attending Family Group Cycle must be accompanied by 1x adult. Children must be able to reach the pedals and access the emergency stop button to take part in the class.

HYROX Classes

EXCITING NEWS: Guildford Spectrum is becoming a HYROX Training Club this April 2026!

To celebrate, we will be hosting 3 HYROX classes where you will get to build strength, push endurance and train like never before!

Rox Fitness

Rox Fitness Workout incorporates elements of strength, muscular endurance, aerobic fitness and agility. The program is designed for all levels of fitness and can be used to improve overall fitness or to prepare for functional fitness events.

Women Who Lift

Hosted by Ellie, Women Who Lift is a small, womens only group training session in which you can learn to lift weights.

Women Who Lift focuses on teaching you lower and upper body lifts such as squats, deadlifts and bench press. This class is suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced.

Family Group Cycle

Get active as a family in our Family Group Cycling Class - the perfect way for adults and children to enjoy fitness side by side.

This fun and energetic indoor cycling session combines motivating music, engaging coaching, and age-appropriate challenges to keep both generations moving.

Group Gym Inductions

New to Guildford Spectrum gym? Curious about what machines are available? 

Our group gym inductions offer a full tour of the gym floor, along with machine demonstrations and a space for you to ask any questions you may have.

 

Personal Training Consultations

Free PT consultations will be available throughout the day with Ellie, Owen and Jordan.

Whether you have set fitness goals you want to achieve, or are looking for extra motivation in the gym - our personal trainers are here to help you.

Junior Learn to Lift 

Looking to learn how to lift weights safely?

In this fully supervised gym session, juniors will have guidance from our Personal Training team on how to use gym equipment correctly, learn proper lifting techniques, and build confidence while training in a safe and supportive environment.
