Guildford Spectrum Exercise Referral Scheme

What is Exercise Referral?

Being physically active is important for everyone and the good news is, it’s never too late to begin!

Here at Guildford Spectrum Exercise Referral & Weight Management Scheme we recognise that returning to exercise can require a higher level of practical and emotional support if you have been inactive or have a long-term health condition. Whatever your personal situation, we will guide you through our 12-week scheme with a bespoke programme of supervised activity.

Working in partnership with Surrey County Council, Active Surrey and the NHS, our subsidised, supportive scheme includes:

  • Unlimited access to a safe, supervised exercise environment
  • One-to-one contact with an Exercise Referral specialist instructor
  • A personalised activity plan and support to help you make long-lasting lifestyle changes
  • Regular contact and check ins with an Exercise Referral instructor to review your progress on the programme
