Group Exercise Online Classes
Spectrum offers a wide range of group exercise classes that appeal to everyone, regardless of age and ability. All our classes are led by internationally qualified, highly motivational and inspirational instructors and teachers.
Due to the current climate and after listening to customer feedback we have decided to take some of our classes online! All you need to do is download Zoom and you can workout from the comfort of your own home, following our live exercise classes.
If you’re new to Zoom that’s no problem. The Zoom app is free to download on your device or free to access on the Zoom website using a computer or laptop.
Classes will be bookable through our online booking system. You will receive a link via email half an hour before your class starts, which will grant you access to the Zoom class.
Please make sure to book your class in plenty of time to ensure you receive your Zoom link.
How much does each class cost?
You must book each class in advance through our online booking system. Classes are FREE for members and cost £2 for 30 minute classes and £3 for 45 minute classes for non-members.
How do I join a class?
Download the Zoom app for free on your device or access the website via your laptop. Book your slot online on our website. A link will be sent to your email at least 30 minutes before the start of your class.
What do I need to do after I book my slot?
Follow the link in your email. Make sure to mute your audio during the class but keep your camera turned on so your instructor can see you. Clear space so you have enough room to move around. Have fun!
When are the classes running?
Monday: 10 - 10.30am Core
Monday: 5 - 5.30pm Stretch + Flow
Tuesday: 5.30 - 6.15pm Conditioning
Wednesday: 9 - 9.45am Conditioning
Wednesday: 5 - 5.30pm Cardio Boxing
Sunday: 8.45 - 9.15am HiiT
Which class shall I book?
Core exercises muscles around the core; abdominals, postural muscles and glutes. Stretch + Flow allows you to unwind and relax with gentle stretches and mobility work. Conditioning is a full body strength and toning workout. Cardio Boxing is a high energy cardio workout incorporating combat inspired moves, such as punching and HiiT is high intensity interval training.
