We are now monitoring all our classes using the Traffic Light System. Our Traffic Light System is a tool which is used to recognise, track and recover those classes that are low in capacity over an 8 week period.
How we monitor low capacity classes:
Green – Class ok at present
Amber – Class low in capacity
Red – Class may be coming off on the next publicised timetable if attendance does not improve, or receive action such as new time or instructor.
Recommend a Friend:
In order to improve under performing classes, we are offering members the chance to bring a friend for free. Speak to reception to receive your guest pass. Each guest may only attend one fitness class within the 8 week period. Members may only bring one guest per class. Guest passes are available for red and amber classes.

Group Cycle - Friday 6.30-7.15pm
