Welcome to Guildford Spectrum Holiday Club (Formley Xtreme Activate) – the ultimate action-packed holiday club.
Designed for children aged 5 to 12, this OFSTED-registered holiday club gives young people the chance to try something new every single day. From the moment they arrive, they’re immersed in a programme built to keep them moving, engaged and smiling.
Each day brings a mix of exciting activities across the centre. One moment they could be gliding across the ice rink, the next knocking down pins in the bowling alley, making a splash in the pool or getting creative with arts and crafts. With so much variety, no two days ever feel the same, and children naturally build confidence while making new friends along the way.
Our Holiday Club is also designed to work for busy families. Running Monday to Friday throughout the school holidays, with extended hours from 8:30am to 6:00pm, it offers a safe, structured and reliable environment where children can thrive all day long.
To make sure every child gets the most out of their experience, activities are tailored by age group, creating the right balance of challenge, support and fun for both younger and older children.
A full day of non-stop fun
Every session is carefully planned to keep children engaged, active and excited from start to finish.
Activities include:
- Ice skating on our Olympic-sized rink
- Ten-pin bowling
- Swimming sessions (daily for ages 9+)
- Outdoor track time (weather permitting)
- Creative arts and crafts
With such a wide mix of activities, children are constantly trying something new, building confidence and making friends along the way.

We know holidays don’t stop work schedules. That’s why Guildford Spectrum Holiday Club runs:
- Monday to Friday during school holidays
- 8:30am - 6:00pm for full-day flexibility
It’s a safe, structured and fun environment where children can thrive while parents enjoy peace of mind.
Children are grouped to ensure the best experience:
- 5 - 8 years
- 9 - 12 years
Each group enjoys age-appropriate activities, challenges and support throughout the day.

Booking Arrangements
Bookings for Holiday Day Camps can be made in person at Customer Services, Monday - Friday from 9am - 5.00pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm or by telephoning 01483 443322.
Course bookings will only be accepted with payment. All major and debit cards are accepted (not American Express). All course places are sold on a first come, first served basis. We regret we can not guarantee a place on the course. Waiting lists will be opened once a course becomes full.
All courses include admission to Guildford Spectrum for the course member and one guardian. All courses include shoe/skate hire where applicable. In the event of Spectrum management being forced to cancel courses, customers shall be entitiled to a full refund of fees. In the event of any accident which requires immediate hospital attention, Spectrum reserves the right to adopt appropriate emergency action. Instructors should be notified in advance of any children with medical problems.
Customer requests for refunds more than 7 days before the start of the course will be subject to a £5.00 administration charge. No refunds will be given for courses cancelled by the customer 7 days prior to, or any time after the start of the course. Request for refunds must be given in writing.
