What is Synergy Dance?

Synergy Dance® is a mixed dance, yoga and fitness program for boys and girls (infants, juniors and teens) in schools and leisure centres. They provide dance, yoga and fitness classes, courses, workshops, dance parties, holiday camps and SEND programs.

Frozen - A Magical Winter Wonderland Workshop

Step into a Frozen Winter Wonderland this February Half Term! Join us for a sparkling Frozen-themed workshop filled with singing, dancing, and magical winter fun as we bring the enchanting worlds of Frozen and Frozen 2 to life.

Children will enjoy:
Learning and creating Frozen-inspired dances and scenes
Festive drama and dance games
Colourful props including parachutes, scarves, and ribbons
Our signature Snow Disco – with icy sparkle!

K-Pop Demon Hunters Christmas Workshop

Step into the world of K-Pop Demon Hunters this February Half Term with a high-energy dance and movement workshop full of fun, games and magic!

Children will enjoy:
A lively warm-up and K-Pop-inspired dance games
Learning a short routine (with optional sing-along!)
Using colourful props like pom poms, ribbons and scarves
Parachute fun and age-appropriate games
An optional obstacle course for extra adventure
A snow disco with lights to finish in style

Easter Frozen Wonderland Workshop

Join us this Easter for a sparkling Frozen-themed workshop where icy magic meets the freshness of spring. Filled with singing, dancing and imaginative fun, we’ll bring the enchanting worlds of Frozen and Frozen 2 to life with a seasonal Easter twist.

SEND Dance Workshops for Teenagers

Join our SEND holiday workshops which include dance, music and movement, improvisation, musical theatre and imaginative play in acting and dance. These classes will help your teen to build new skills and resilience, improve mental and physical well-being, help reduce chronic pain, and build feelings of confidence, independence and inspiration for the future, through creative expression.

Suitable for teenagers with SEN or a disability. Verbal and non-verbal children are welcome. Classes take place in a relaxed setting with props and PECS cards to support structure and signposting in class. Siblings welcome.

Make new friendships and connect with other local families. We will use feedback and learning to shape future projects. Tell us your favourite songs prior to class.

**If your child has one-to-one support during school time, a parent or carer will be required to provide support during the session**

**Any siblings attending will need to book a place**
