What is Synergy Dance?

Synergy Dance® is a mixed dance, yoga and fitness program for boys and girls (infants, juniors and teens) in schools and leisure centres. They provide dance, yoga and fitness classes, courses, workshops, dance parties, holiday camps and SEND programs.

K-POP Dance

Step into a K-Pop Summer Glow-Up with our high-energy K-Pop / KATSEYE–inspired workshop! Packed with dance, movement, music and sunshine vibes, this session is perfect for young people who love K-Pop style, KATSEYE and summer fun.

Children will enjoy:
a lively warm-up with K-Pop-inspired dance games; learning a short, fun routine with signature KATSEYE energy; using bright summer props such as pom poms, ribbons, and scarves; parachute fun and age-appropriate movement games — all finishing with our signature Summer Glow Disco to end on a high-energy note.

Disney Dance Fun

Step into a magical Disney summer filled with singing, dancing, and sunshine! From the icy sparkle of Frozen and Frozen 2 to the vibrant worlds of recent favourites like Encanto, Moana, and more, this workshop brings beloved stories to life with a bright, summery twist.

Dressing up as your favourite Disney character is strongly encouraged — think princesses, heroes, and bold, bright summer outfits!

Children will enjoy:
Learning and creating Disney-inspired dances and scenes; high-energy movement games and imaginative storytelling; and exploring colourful props including parachutes, scarves, and ribbons. From “Let It Go” moments to tropical island rhythms, this workshop is designed to spark creativity and joy. The workshop finishes with our feel-good Summer Disco — full of music, colour, and magical energy!

Drop-off:
Drop-off is available for ages 5+. Children who usually receive one-to-one support in school will need to attend with an adult helper. Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.

Princesses vs Superheroes: Saving the Day

Get ready for the ultimate showdown! In this exciting workshop, our classic princess and friends meet the superheroes to join forces and save the day in a fun-filled, high-energy session designed especially for young children.

Workshop includes an exciting obstacle course adventure; a high-energy superhero dance routine inspired by favourite heroes; magical princess moments moving and grooving to songs from Frozen and other Disney classics; an epic music mix featuring hits from Frozen, Spider-Man, PJ Masks, Paw Patrol, The Incredibles and more; giant parachute games focused on teamwork as everyone works together to “save the day”; and a snow disco final, to celebrate our heroes and princesses. Come dressed as your favourite princess or superhero and join the adventure!

High-energy dance, sunshine vibes & feel-good fun! Get ready to shine this summer with our K-Pop Summer Glow workshop, inspired by the bold style and energy of K-Pop! This upbeat session is perfect for young people who love music and dance!

Kick things off with a lively warm-up full of K-Pop-inspired dance games, then dive into learning a fun, easy-to-follow routine packed with signature K-Pop energy. Dancers will explore movement using bright, summery props like pom poms, ribbons and scarves, adding flair and creativity to their performance. There’ll also be parachute games and interactive movement challenges, all building towards our exciting mini summer Glow in the Dark disco finale - a high-energy celebration to end the session on a real high!

Under the Sea Adventure with Moana

Set sail on an exciting island adventure with Moana as we explore the ocean, discover hidden treasures, and meet magical sea friends along the way! Dive into a fun-filled session using scarves and bubbles to bring the ocean to life, moving like waves and sea creatures as they journey across the islands. With music inspired by Moana and The Little Mermaid, dancers will enjoy flowing scarf routines to represent the sea, building coordination and creativity through movement.

Activities include ocean-inspired warm-ups and imaginative play, flowing scarf dances to mimic waves and underwater movement, a “Find the Treasure” movement game to spark adventure and teamwork, musical storytelling featuring Moana, Ariel, and other sea-themed characters, and bubbles and sensory elements to create a magical under-the-sea atmosphere. Join us for an unforgettable underwater adventure!

Popstars Dance Workshop

Step into the spotlight and become a popstar in this high-energy, confidence-boosting dance workshop inspired by artists like Taylor Swift, Dua Lipa, Olivia Rodrigo and Freya Skye!

Participants will learn a fun, age-appropriate dance routine and choreograph their own moves, building creativity and performance confidence. Using props such as ribbons, scarves and pom poms, dancers will explore different styles and stage techniques. The session includes a Mini Popstars snow disco, featuring clean versions of popular hits (including Taylor Swift and Disney favourites), plus interactive games like freeze dance to keep the energy high and inclusive. Get ready to dance, perform and shine your way!

Commercial Street Dance Workshop

Step into the studio and level up your style in this high-energy Commercial Street Dance Workshop. Set to a playlist of the latest chart hits and big beats, you’ll learn fresh, on-trend choreography inspired by music videos, artists and street styles- then put your own spin on it.

You’ll explore commercial and hip hop foundations, musicality, timing and performance skills, freestyle and creative choreography, and group work leading to optional mini performances, all within an upbeat and inclusive environment - Bring your energy, music and space to express yourself!

Frozen & Friends Summer Adventure

A magical, feel-good workshop for children...Step into a world of summer magic with this enchanting Frozen & Friends dance workshop - where icy sparkle meets sunny fun! This experience blends storytelling, movement and imagination to create a truly inclusive and joyful activity for all.

Activities include dance routines to Frozen favourites and feel-good summer tracks, storytelling and role play, creative movement using props such as scarves and ribbons, giant parachute game, interactive dance games and a magical summer snow disco finale to celebrate.

SEND Dance Workshops for Teenagers

Join our SEND holiday workshops which include dance, music and movement, improvisation, musical theatre and imaginative play in acting and dance. These classes will help your teen to build new skills and resilience, improve mental and physical well-being, help reduce chronic pain, and build feelings of confidence, independence and inspiration for the future, through creative expression.

Suitable for teenagers with SEN or a disability. Verbal and non-verbal children are welcome. Classes take place in a relaxed setting with props and PECS cards to support structure and signposting in class. Siblings welcome.

Make new friendships and connect with other local families. We will use feedback and learning to shape future projects. Tell us your favourite songs prior to class.
