Synergy Street & Breakdance

Beginners Ages 6 - 12 years Saturday mornings 10.30am - 11.25pm

Advanced Ages 7 - 12 years Saturday mornings 11.30am - 12.25pm

An energetic mix of dance styles including BreakDance, Street, Hip Hop, Fusion, Cheerleading, Disco, Jive and more. Includes group and partner formations, dance technique, stretches and improvisation. Opportunities to perform. This class is co-taught with a male and female instructor to inspire boys to dance!

Synergy Teen Yoga - 12+ years Thursday 4pm - 4.45pm

A Synergy Yoga and Pilates class is the perfect pause in between the hectic worlds of school, friends and socialising. Relax and unwind in our fun introduction to Yoga, Pilates and mindfulness. Themed to appeal to teens with fairy lights and scents. An excellent way to relieve stress, recharge and learn new skills, our classes are fun! Children will build core stability, resistance and toning, improving posture and well-being. *Optional indian head massage and lavender bags to enrich the experience*

Synergy Dance Acro

Wednesday 5.10pm - 5.55pm ages 6 - 11 years

Saturday 9.30am - 10.25am ages 5 - 11 years


Intro to basic dance technique as well as acrobatic postures, balances, limbering and tumbling skills. Explore Acro Dance through basic movements such as bear walks, forward rolls and log rolls and progress to cartwheels, walkovers and handstands.

Teen Group Cycle

Wednesday 4.15pm - 4.45pm Ages 12-16 years

Group Cycle is the ultimate cardiovascular workout on a stationery bike to motivational music, that also tones and shapes the whole
body. A popular favourite with adults, this course introduces teens to the world of group cycle! Instructors will introduce the concept in a suitable format for teens.

Teen Dance Fitness

Monday 5pm - 5.55pm Ages 12-16 years

Get fit while you dance away to upbeat and fun music! Dance technique and stretches included to improve posture. Classes may be purely recreational and fun… or for super keen teens.

Junior Fitness Course

An introduction to the use of cardiovascular equipment and resistance weight training machines for 12 -13 year olds. Please note that this course is compulsary for 12-13 year olds who wish to use the gym. To find out more, please click here.

These courses run during term-time, they are not included in any membership entitlements and there is no drop-in option.
