We operate a weekly aerobics programme including classes with general aerobic and toning exercises, core training with balance balls and dance.
Classes are from £4.00 each and booking on the day is advisable by calling energy level reception on 01252 325484.

Spinning is the ultimate cardio-vascular workout on a bicycle, that tones and shapes the whole body. People at different fitness levels are able to workout together in a relaxed and fun environment with motivational music.
Spinning classes cost £4.30 per session or FREE to Direct+ members. Booking is essential up to 24hrs in advance however if you are a Direct + member or hold a spinning card you can book up to 2 weeks in advance! Spinning cards are available for only £10 and is valid for 1 year. Speak to a member of the energy level team for more details.

Our All Weather Pitch was opened in October 2006 through funding from the Football Foundation. The surface of the pitch is third generation, which means that normal studded or moulded football boots (except metal studs as these can damage the surface) can be worn.
We have four floodlit 5 a-side pitches that make up one full size pitch. The pitch is also marked out for hockey.
The pitch is available for hire in the evenings and at weekends.

You also have the option to pay for the whole year upfront for £319, which includes one month free. The easy payment membership allows you to be flexable with your training timetable and our qualified instructors are always on hand to advise you on your training & techniques.

Sessions are held:

Saturdays 11am - 6pm
Sundays 11am - 6pm
An individual induction is required first.
Junior membership costs £13.50 per month or £148.50 per year, which includes one month free.

Concessions Plus membership entitles customers who have a concessionary status (income support card holders, senior citizens, unemployed ES40, incapacity benefit and students) to discounted use of the gym, aerobic and spinning classes.
This membership can only be used Monday - Friday between 8am - 5pm and after 8pm in the gym and all day at weekends.
Concessions Plus membership costs £28 per month or £308 per annum which includes one month free.
