 Roller Derby

Roller derby is a great way to get active and socialise, so whatever your skill level why not join us for our Learn to Skate and Freshmeat programme?

You must be over 18 to skate, but otherwise everyone is welcome. We will provide coaching and loan equipment to get you started in the wonderful sport of derby.
So if you’re up for some on-skates fun this new year, then take part in our next skating courses starting in FEBRUARY 2016 on Fridays from 8-10pm at Guildford Spectrum (GU1 1UP)
No previous skating experience is required - we'll teach you how to skate and all the basics to build a good derby foundation in our pre-Freshmeat 4 week learn-to-skate course!
Our Freshmeat course directly follows, with non-contact and contact learning, how to play, and all the advice & skills you need to become a kick-ass Surrey Rollergirl in 8 short weeks.

For more details join our Freshmeat group

UK’s First Walking Basketball Sessions for the Over 50s...

Walking Basketball delivers a walking version of the fast and furious game we are familiar with. This new sport provides low impact, cardio excercise as it involves brisk walking up and down the court. Playing as part of a team brings a sense of camaraderie which is mentally challenging and rewarding. Come along to meet and play with new people, get fit and have lots of fun! Enjoy a coffee afterwards to chat about the game.
