junior membership (12-13 years)

Firstly you will be required to complete the junior fitness course, this will cover aspects of healthy living and teach you to use the equipment safely and effectively. Once you have completed the course and the instructor is confident of your knowledge and responsibility within the gym you can attend any of the junior supervised classes of which there are 7 a week.
