Following 2016's combined weight loss of 75kgs, Guildford's Biggest Loser 6 week weight loss course is back! Bigger and better than ever! 

Our team captains will equip you with the knowledge, tools and empowerment you need to make sustainable changes to your lifestyle and develop healthier habits for life!

 

- Weekly team training sessions

- 30 minute 1-1 training session per week

RED TEAM GROUP SESSIONS - Mondays & Wednesdays 6.30pm - 7.30pm with Jordan & Amanda

BLUE TEAM GROUP SESSIONS - Tuesdays & Thursdays 7.00pm - 8.00pm with Connor & Emily

 

Starts Monday 16th July.

Final weigh in and prize giving Tuesday 28th August 7.00pm.

 

With ongoing support and motivation the RED and BLUE teams will go head to head to lose the most weight, inches and improve their fitness test results!

What is Guildford's Biggest Loser?

A challenge, in which when you succeed you will be healthier, leaner and fitter! The red team will give you the knowledge to help you make better, healthier and sustainable lifestyle, exercise and dietary choices!!

 

Who is it suitable for?

Anyone who's up for the challenge! The course is structured to be suitable for all abilities and fitness levels. If you want to lose weight, gain fitness and make lifestyle changes, this course if for you!

 

What can someone expect from a Biggest Loser exercise session?

Support! Motivation! Working with the red team captains, you'll have fun - working with a mix of cardio, weights, circuit training and HIIT. The group sessions are designed to target problem areas - and of course, specific areas that you want to focus on! All exercises are demonstrated and everyone works together at their own pace to support each other!

 

How can you keep people on the course motivated for 6 weeks?

The motivation people get from working towards a specific goal and working within a team is what will keep people inspired and motivated throughout the course! Amanda and I will set some goals at the initial session, they'll be bespoke to each person and we'll make sure you get all the support and tools you need to achieve them!

 

What are you most excited about?

I am so excited to be a part of Guildford's Biggest Loser. Hearing stories still, two years on, from the success of the 2016 course makes me want to ensure our team achieves ever better results! Working with a group and 1-1 with people is what I'm all about. Supporting people on their journey to make better choices is really what I'm in it for!

 

Why should I join your team?

Well, if you want to be the Biggest Loser - there's no other option! No, only joking! Amanda and I work really well together and have designed some really fun and interesting work outs for you! We also have Svilen who's going to give the red team his support, he's a great guy with lots of circuit training experience - as for the blue team, we love Connor & Emily but for the next 6 weeks, we're head to head so - join the red team!!
