Do your teens want to build their fitness and strength whilst having fun?
Synergy Teen Aerobics aged 12 years +
The key is variety and fun in this workshop – Teen Aerobics with resistance, stretching and flexibility, toning, strength and cardio work, all to fun, upbeat music with a warm up and cool down. Teens may build up their fitness and muscular strength. This body conditioning class is also excellent preparation for adult fitness classes. Suitable for all levels. 12-16 years
Synergy Teen Dance Fitness 12 years +
Get fit while you dance away to upbeat and fun music! Experience an energetic mix of dance styles including Street, Hip Hop, Fusion, Jive, Disco, BreakDance and more. Dance technique and stretches included to improve posture. Classes may be purely recreational and fun… or for super keen teens Synergy offer Performance opportunities with the Synergy Dance Troop.
Instructors will take special requests for music and popular dance styles within the group, each term, to stay in touch with trends and tastes in the group.
Junior Fitness Course
An introduction to the use of cardiovascular equipment and resistance weight training machines for 12 -15 year olds. Please note that this course is compulsary for 12-13 year olds and reccomended for 14 - 15 year olds. To find out more, please click here.
These courses run during term-time, they are not included in any membership entitlements and there is no drop-in option.
