Adult Courses - Mind & Body
Pilates is the modern day remedy to help re-address the balance and encourage correct posture. Referred to as the 'intelligent form of exercise', the Pilates mind/body approach concentrates on core strength and stability. This method can work for everyone regardless of age and is particularly recommended for people with back problems.

A system of gentle exercise working within your own capabilities to improve strength and suppleness, working to bring the mind, body and breathing into balance whilst aiding relaxation.
Suitable for all except pregnant ladies, unless you have been practicing yoga for over a year. Wear loose clothing and bring a blanket.

These courses run during term-time, they are not included in any membership entitlements and there is no drop-in option.
