Pilates

Pilates is the modern day remedy to help re-address the balance and encourage correct posture. Referred to as the 'intelligent form of exercise', the Pilates mind/body approach concentrates on core strength and stability. This method can work for everyone regardless of age and is particularly recommended for people with back problems.

Mondays 
Pilates Course 9.30 - 10.30am  Beginners 
Pilates Course 7.00 - 8.00pm  Improvers
 
Tuesdays
Pilates 9.30 - 10.30am  Beginners
     
Thursdays
Pilates Basics 7.00pm - 8.00pm Beginners

 

Yoga

A system of gentle exercise working within your own capabilities to improve strength and suppleness, working to bring the mind, body and breathing into balance whilst aiding relaxation. Suitable for all except pregnant ladies, unless you have been practicing yoga for over a year. Wear loose clothing and bring a blanket.  

Thursdays 
Yoga Basics 8.00pm - 9.00pm Beginners
Fridays    
Yoga 9.30am - 10.45am Improvers

 

Booking Information

These courses run during term-time, they are not included in any membership entitlements and there is no drop-in option. 

Bookings for new customers can be made as follows:

1) By calling 01483 443322 and selecting option 4 for bookings and then option 2 for courses.

Customer Services opening hours are: Monday to Thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm, Friday 9am – 5pm, Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm, Sunday Closed
