July - Cancelled Classes

August - Cancelled Classes

Bank Holiday Monday 28th August 
Body Pump at 9.40am
Express Core at 10.45am
Pilates at 10.45am
Fitsteps at 11.30am 
Body Balance at 12.00pm
Yoga at 6.00pm 
Body Step at 6.00pm
Kettlercise at 6.00pm

Permanent Programme Changes 

Please note the following permanent changes to the fitness & group exercise programme. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Kettlebell Class on Mondays at 6.00pm will be replaced with Kettlercise from 24th June 2017 onwards.
Kettlebell Class on Thursdays at 6.00pm will no longer be running from 24th June 2017 onwards.

Functional Circuits on Wednesdays at 7.00pm will no longer be running from 6th July 2017 onwards (last session 5th July).

Bootcamp on Saturdays at 10.00am will no longer be running from 16th July 2017 onwards (last session 15th July). We hope to resume this class from September onwards.
