Please note the following changes to the fitness and group exercise programme:
The following classes are cancelled due to an event taking place;
Friday 3rd February - Body Pump 6.00pm
Saturday 4th February - Zumba 9.30am, Body Pump 10.30am, Express Core 11.30am and Group Cycle at 8.30am and 9.30am. Please note Boot Camp at 10.00am will be running as normal.
Sunday 5th February - Legs Bums & Tums at 9.30am, Yoga Flow at 9.30am, Body Pump at 10.30am, Yoga Slow at 10.30am, Barre Concept at 11.45am and Group Cycle at 10.00am and 6.00pm.
