The Workshop Gym is the perfect place to strengthen and tone your body whilst working out the stresses of your day. Memberships start from as little as £23.00 per month and include free use of the Lido during its summer opening hours.

 All members receive an active card which allows the accumulation of "metre points" which can be redeemed for free visits at Guildford Lido/Workshop Gym, Guildford Spectrum and Ash Manor Sports Centre.
Terms and conditions apply to all memberships. A minimum of one months membership payment will be required upon application. Monthly payments are collected by direct debit.
