Due to sporting events taking place at Spectrum the following aerobic classes are cancelled:
Sunday 4th May - Pilates 10.00 - 11.00am, Body Combat, 10.30am-11.30am and Ashtanga Yoga, 11.30am-12.30pm Monday 5th May - Body Balance, 11.00am-12noon and Legs, Bums & Tums, 12.15pm-1.00pm Saturday 10th May - Hi-lo Evolution, 9.00am-10.00am and Body Pump, 10.05am-11.05am

Spectrum Aerobics - Step, Tone and Dance Your Way to Fitness!
Spectrum offers a wide range of aerobic, dance and water based exercise classes, suitable for all ages and fitness levels. The action suite is Spectrum's purpose built aerobics hall. The suite is the ideal home for our programme of over thirty classes. Steps, mats and hand weights are provided. Click here for our aerobics programme April to August 2008
All classes are taught by professional instructors with recognised qualifications. They can help and advise on how to achieve your fitness objectives.
Levels of Intensity
All classes are suitable for all levels of fitness but may vary in complexity. Participants are invited to work at their own level with low impact alternatives incorporated into most sessions.
General Class Information
Participants are recommended to arrive promptly as the warm-up section is vital to the safety of the class. The instructor may refuse admission to participants arriving after this section is completed.
Suitable clothing and footwear must be worn.
The instructor must be informed of any injuries or medical conditions which may affect participation.
