Tenpin Bowling is a fantastic game that anyone can play. Spectrum has 32 lanes which incorporate a computerised scoring system and automatic pin-setting equipment. Bowling shoes are available for hire and a choice of weights of bowling ball are included in the game fee. Bumpers and ramps are also available for those who need a little more help! A licensed bar, The Italian Eatery pizza restaurant and a range of state of the art video machines, add to the fun atmosphere.

Family Hour Early Bird Offer; Every weekday betwen 20th July and 4th September, 9.30am - 11.00am.  1 hour of bowling fun on the lanes for a family of 6 (max. 2 adults and 4 children under 16 yrs). £21.50, includes shoe hire (must be on the lanes by 11.00am)

Sunday Special; Every Sunday 9.00am - 10.30am, £2.00 per game, including shoe hire and 7.00pm - 10.00pm, £2.50 per game, including shoe hire

Bank Holiday Bonanza; Monday 31st August, 7.00pm - close, 2 games for £7.50 inc. shoe hire or 3 games for £10.00 inc. shoe hire (subject to availability)

League and Tournament Bowling
Spectrum Bowl has an extensive League and tournament programme for bowlers who enjoy a high standard of competition, or who want to improve their game. Thursday Morning League
This is a fun league open to everyone over 16 years of age. It is held weekly on Thursday mornings between September and June. Matches are played 10am - 12noon and lineage is £7.00 for each person bowling (this includes shoe hire and a free drink). Any person or new team interested in joining the League will be very welcome and should pop down on Thursday.

Wednesday League
The Wednesday Doubles League is a BTBA sanctioned handicap doubles league that rolls off every Wednesday at 7.15pm. All types of players are catered for, from beginners to the more experienced, with everyone having a good chance as the handicap system used is a great leveller.

Thursday Night is Student Night - £3.80 per game with free shoe hire, 6.00pm to close. Jug of beer and a 10" pizza £8.00. (subject to availability, student ID must be shown).

Youth Bowling Club
The Youth Bowling Club or YBC is a very popular club for bowlers aged eight to eighteen. The club plays every Saturday morning from 9.00am to 11.00am. This social and fun group are happy to welcome new bowlers. Each session costs £6.00, annual membership is FREE! All equipment, instruction and shoe hire are included in the fee.

The High Five Frequent Bowling Membership
