Spectrum offers a wide range of aerobic, dance and exercise classes, suitable for all ages and fitness levels. The Action Suite is Spectrum's purpose built aerobics hall, with a mirrored wall, integrated sound system and sprung floor.  The studio is a smaller purpose built room with sprung floor and mirrored walls and caters for a number of the smaller classes.
