Spectrum offers a wide range of fitness and group exercise classes, suitable for all ages and fitness levels. The Action Suite is Spectrum's purpose built fitness hall, with a mirrored wall, integrated sound system and sprung floor.  The studio is a smaller purpose built room with sprung floor and mirrored walls and caters for a number of the smaller classes.

Join Fitness (formerly Aerobics) Direct and try new classes each week. Membership includes unlimited use of all group execise and aqua and mind classes.
