An introduction to the use of cardiovascular equipment and resistance weight training machines for 12 -15 year olds. Fully supervised by qualified instructors. AUC inclusive of price.

 At the end of the course, juniors can recieve their AUC* card, if the supervisor is confident of their knowledge and responsibility within Energy Level. For 12 - 13 year olds, junior AUC will allow access during junior supervised classes (see Times and Prices guide for more information).
* AUC card to be renewed annually.
Junior Memberships
12 -13 years
Firstly you will complete the junior fitness course, which will cover aspects of healthy living and teach you to use the equipment safely and effectively. Once you have completed the course you have unlimited access to all junior supervised classes.

Members recieve unlimited use of the fitness area. Junior Fitness course optional, however must have a one to one with an instructor.
Monday - Friday 6.30am - 5.00pm & after 12pm at weekends.

Booking Information
Bookings for new customers for 2012 Courses can be made as follows:
1) By calling 01483 443322 and selecting option 4 for bookings and then option 2 for courses.
Customer Services opening hours are; Monday to Thursday 9.00am - 6.30pm, Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm, Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm and Sundays closed.
2) Waiting lists for courses that are currently full are open for customers to leave contact details for future enrolment.
