Pilates Courses

Pilates is a proven exercise technique which has been used for over 70 years. The exercises train the body to work efficiently without tension.  Strength is balanced with flexibility and stamina, co-ordination and balance are improved.  Concentrating on core strength and stability, the method can work for everyone regardless of fitness level or age and is particularly recommended for people with back problems.
