Yoga Courses

A system of gentle exercise, working within your own capabilities to improve strength and suppleness.  Working to bring the mind, body and breathing into balance whilst aiding relaxation.  Suitable for all, except whilst pregnant, unless you have practiced yoga for over one year. Wear loose clothing and bring a blanket.
