Catch-a-balls
Catch-a-balls is all about building the basic repertoire of skills in order for children to enter the world of sport with physical confidence. For every sport, whether it is athletics, team sports, racket games or individual physical challenges participants need to be agile, well co-ordinated and aware of thier body's abilities and limitations.
We offer a non competitive programme for girls and boys from 18 months old. For many girls and boys gaining their confidence with their physical ability early will lead them to enjoy a whole host of sports quite naturally later. Cost £37.50 per half term. Octopush - Underwater Hockey
Octopush is a fast paced mixed team sport played underwater using mask, fins, snorkel and a stick for pushing the puck. We cater for all ages from 8 upwards, providing training at all levels from non snorkelers to national team players. Your first session is free and some equipment is available if you wish to give it a try.

Duckling Club - Teaching Pool
The Duckling club takes place in the Teaching Pool and provides a fun, relaxed and confidence boosting environment for parents and young children. These non-structured sessions are offered with a fully qualified instructor on hand to provide advice and assistance if required.

Little Golfers
Little Golfers appeals to new and existing young golfers, and is a great way of improving your game, having fun, and making new friends.
Parents often envisage golf to be a dull and expensive sport for young children to play. Little Golfers changes this perception with fun filled sessions using adapted equipment in a group enviorment. Anyone can take part!
