Please note the following class cancellation: Sunday 24th August Pilates, 10.00am - 11.00am
On Bank Holiday Monday, 25th August, the only aerobic classes running are: Body Pump 9.45am - 10.45am and Body Pump 7.00pm - 8.00pm. All other Monday aerobic classes have been cancelled for this date only.

Spectrum offers a wide range of aerobic, dance and water based exercise classes, suitable for all ages and fitness levels. The action suite is Spectrum's purpose built aerobics hall.
