On Saturday 21st June, Hi-Lo Evolution 9.00am - 10.00am and Body Pump 10.00am - 11.00am have been cancelled due to the Surrey Youth Games taking place.

Spectrum offers a wide range of aerobic, dance and water based exercise classes, suitable for all ages and fitness levels. The action suite is Spectrum's purpose built aerobics hall.
